I've been tinkering with open source software since early 200x - that's when I got my first Linux distro. Since then, I've been using UNIX systems (Linux, FreeBSD, MacOS) almost exclusively.
As a good citizen, I contributed fixes to the software I used, maintained some FreeBSD ports and was lucky enough to get contracted to work on large OS projects like Illumos.
These days I'm not that committed to free software but still love, respect and contribute to open source.
